Big Three Match Lab

Your big three are your Sun sign, your Moon sign and your Rising sign. Pick all three and the Match Lab finds the people who share your exact combination — your astro twins — and opens the group where they already are.

What are the big three in astrology?

Sun sign — the sign the Sun was in on your birth date. The one everyone already knows. It describes the core of who you are and what drives you.
Moon sign — the sign the Moon was in at your birth. It moves signs roughly every two and a half days, so it needs your birth date and ideally your birth time. It describes your inner life and how you process feeling.
Rising sign — also called the Ascendant: the sign that was coming over the eastern horizon at the exact moment you were born. It changes roughly every two hours, so it needs an accurate birth time. It describes how you come across before anyone knows you.

How to find your big three

You need your date of birth, your time of birth, and the place you were born. The date fixes your Sun sign, the time fixes your Rising and pins down your Moon, and the place matters because the horizon is different from one longitude to another. If you do not know your birth time, your Sun sign is still reliable and your Moon sign usually is, but your Rising is not recoverable from the date alone.

Lora's free birth chart generator calculates all three from those details.

How the matching works

Choose your Sun, Moon and Rising, then enter a name and email. The match is deterministic — your combination is checked against the combinations that already have a group. If yours is one of them, you are in and you get the invite. If it is not, you go on the list for that combination and hear when the group opens.
